No Option to Download Mods

I'm new to PC gaming, coming from a console background. Anyway, all the instructions I've come across regarding downloading from Nexus refers to a "file" tab. I've been navigating all over the site and have yet to see a "file" tab, or any other option to download. Please help if you can. Thanks in advance.

They mean this tab on an actual mod's page:

 

 

 

 

(As you can see there's also other means for downloading only the main file directly from the top of the page without going to the tab.)
