LE REQ for 3 new spells

I like t have faster regen on magic but I want it to be balanced so I came up with this

 

a spell that cuts max magic but ups magic regain

 

so lvl 1 alteration spell

 

-30% max mana 2x mana regain

 

lvl 25 alteration spell

 

-50% max mana 3x regain

 

lvl 50 alteration

 

-50% max mana 4x regain

 

I tryed to do it my self no luck :(
