skyrimmasterfuger Posted September 5, 2012 Share Posted September 5, 2012 I think the Ncr (or at least the heavy troopers and veteran rangers) should have a chance to have at least basic energy weapons in the rangers case guass rifles and possibly tri laser rifles And maybe plasma rifles in heavy troopers case gatling lasers plasma casters and maybe a tri laser rifle Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
