eliodenward
Alright first to explain a little. I wanted to add a new item to the game that is just an equipped sword on my character's back. So I opened up Nifskope and after messing around in it quite a lot (Haven't used Nifskope in years and was never that great with it) I managed to get it to show up in-game. It is there, exactly where I placed it... When I am standing still. When I move, it stays in that same exact spot and doesn't follow the movements of my charcter. Rather it just floats behind him. Now what I figure is that it isn't attached to the skeleton or something but I can't figure out how to attach it. Is there anyway to do that in Nifskope? (Because I would really rather not tamper with Blender.) Thank you for your time to anyone who helps me out with this! Or simply reads it haha... Grimoa
No, you will have to use blender. Here is the tutorial that helped me learn how to do that.

Alright, thank you for confirming my fears on that. But oh well, I'll just have to forget about it for now. I don't have enough time to learn blender and all that at the moment. I barely have enough time to play the game at this time haha...
