uncovering then entire world map

When the player character moves in the world the land shows up on the world map, can changes be made through the setup file or through a mod to make the water in the world map show up as the player character moves through it? Like maybe turn light blue or white?

 

When I open the world map it always defaults to a position on the Solsthiem(sp?) map and I have to click n' drag the world map to the desired position, is there a fix for that?

 

I will accept insults as to my intelligence as long as you also tell me what to do. :biggrin: but not where to go. ;)
