SSE LOD for exterior mod changes

I went back in with the rearranged file paths in place and it does look like at least most of the lod is in place, though not a mountain/cliffs I placed which I can just make that always visible. LOD is far from perfect, including the vanilla version which is what I was confused in thinking that my attempts were unsuccessful. You still have floating trees and uneven terrain even in vanilla. I had to take in-game shots to see some of the differences and, of course use tfc to float around the worldspace.
