Skyrim crashing on initial startup

Hello again, been a while haha. so i took a couple breaks off from skyrim and fallout ro try some new games and have returned (again), im using these mods & theyve all been updated along with my SKSE build.. do any of them cause this crash? or is there some other issue with my skyrim as everytime i launch the Script Extender the game opens the black screen and crashes, heres my list
