I have been trying to edit my favourite SSE armor in 3DS Max (shorten the hanging bits) but now that I'm trying to fix the shaders in Nifskope I run into problems. So I have deleted the original BSLightingShader and copied the BSLightingShader Branch form the original mod and pasted on my edit, and then this happens (pictures). I am a very newbie to 3D editing and I'm legally blind so can you help please. Hanaisse Posted June 25, 2019 Share Posted June 25, 2019 Hi ! That looks like some kind of error during export from 3DS, like the normals flipped or something. You could try right-clicking the cuirass shape in NifSkope, go to Mesh > Flip Normals and see if that helps. (Also, update your NifSkope, you're on an older version) Or, since I'm here, might I suggest an easier way to make minor edits to meshes - Outfit Studio. Once you get used to it you can import meshes, delete/move/change vertices around and export in a simplier process. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
