Even better spell learning.

Hello modders,

My idea is to make learning spells from spell tomes better. Similar to Better Spell Learning by Scientic. This would be done with a more natural way of learning spells without having to resort to removing spell tomes from the game.

For example, for a Novice spell, x in game hours automatically pass while "reading" the tome. After this, there would be an active effect on the player preventing them from reading a new spell tome i.e. "mental exhaustion" with a Magicka debuff until they sleep for y number of hours (similar to the mod Spell Research). These values should depend on the level of the spell, i.e. for Expert spells, x and y values are greater than or equal to the x and y values for Adept level spells as they should take longer to learn.

The player may have to repeat this process a number of times in order to learn the spell depending on how many spells they already know from that skill tree. For example, to learn "Sparks", with no other spells learned, they would have to partly read the tome and sleep three times, whereas if they already know two other Novice Destruction spells, they just read the whole spell tome once, however, the automatic x hours passing is doubled. e.g. x = 3 hours and y = 1 hour done 3 times, vs x = 6 hours, y = 1 hour done once.

Also perhaps make it so that in order be learn higher level spells i.e. Apprentice tomes and above, the player must already know two spells from the previous level. e.g. to read the Adept "Bound Bow" tome, the player must know at least two Apprentice Conjuration spells.

It would be great to see this all configurable in the mod menu. And also be compatible with other mods which add new spells.

Thanks.
