Chrono892
Hi, I haven`t modded anything since the days of Fallout Tactics, and I have a few questions concerning modding restrictions for Skyrim. I am also asking these to see if Skyrim is the correct platform for me to use as I only have it on PS3 and would need to repurchase it for PC. So basically I want to make a mod reminiscent of games like Chrono Trigger and FF7. Deep story but somewhat (used sparingly) linear (feels like I`m using a bad word :P). Without going into too much detail I basically want the game to be able to be played from two story perspectives. The good guy and the bad guy. Each would be a different game file. The setting would be a mix of technology and Medieval era stuff; guns, swords and combined with Armours and all that type of stuff. So basically my questions are: Can you disable the ability to select races and generally the character creation itself? Can I use other peoples mods in conjunction with my own (HD mods, gun mods, etc..)Can I limit characters to a few skill trees? How much can I modify the skill trees? Can I create two separate story lines without making two separate mods (New Game -> Good guy / Bad guy)
