SSE Race-Mod: Replace Body from BodySlide (but how?)

first: I'm not only a horrible Modding Noob, but my english is also not soooo goood. Soory. :confused:

 

 

I have a New Race mod here. I want to use it for my female player but with my personal body from BodySlide & Outfit Tool.

 

I have installed Creation Kit SE (Draamaaaaa :geek: ) and I could "load" the mod.

 

But HOW and WHERE can I find the two .nif files in the Mod? How can I extract them from the esp. ?

I have "done" my Unique Body now with the "Unique Character Mod" .... till I could not find an answer to this question. :confused:
