Please help a complete noob to fix his FPS problems :D

Hello dear community :)

After almost 7 years i decided to play Skyrim again (bought the SE version) and i wanted to make it a bit prettier by installing mods. However, now i am stuck at around 25 FPS ingame, with my GPU running on 100% and my CPU being around 6%.

My Specs:

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070

AMD Ryzen 7 2700X

16 GB DDR4 RAM

Samsung U28E590 on 3840x2160 (and i have a Asus VK246 also added, but nothing runs on it while playing Skyrim)

Is it just too much for my System? Or is there a possibility to run this, it looks so dope :D
