Game won't start through vortex

I should preface, I'm extremely new to modding still learning the basics of understanding how to properly install certain things into vortex, manage rules, and use skse and enb's.

 

So as stated I can not launch the game through vortex even if I disable mods or go through and remove every mod i recenty installed. I've attempted to uninstall the game, purge mods uninstall and reinstall mods and the same thing happens. It'll launch the first time and once i restart my computer it will no longer launch.

Let me know what I need to provide to have the required information to help me out.
