Sneak Animation Problem

Hey guys! Ok so here's what I'm doing. My goal is to edit the vanilla sneaking animations (idle,turn,run,walk) to eliminate the weapon(s) clipping onto the character's leg. Here's the problem though : the animations are all made and play smooth in Skyrim, but in game the 3rd person camera jumps up while playing these animations. Does anybody know what the problem is? I don't see anything in 3ds max about a 3rd person camera position and I've searched for hours on the web for a solution to no avail. If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
