blender invisible weapon mesh

Hey so i am a total noob at this, i wanted to edit the sight on some weapons for better visibility (battle rifle and assault carbine) , example https://imgur.com/a/U1bPpYb . i started with the battle rifle and after i installed blender following this https://github.com/niftools/blender_nif_plugin/releases/tag/blender-2.5.9 . I imported this http://s000.tinyupload.com/index.php?file_id=00872145204004088110 nif in blender erased some vertices from the sight ring until it was cut in half , then exported the file as a fallout 3 file with default settings and this is my edited nif http://s000.tinyupload.com/index.php?file_id=93672551715556111551 .

My problem is that in game the 3rd person view of the weapon is fine and i can see my edit worked but in first person the weapon is invisible , and if i drop the weapon it floats on the air and i cant pick it up again.

after further testing the weapon is not invisible it is below my character hands i can see it if i increase the field of view. how can i change the position of the weapon ?

 

EDIT : i fixed the problem with the invisible weapon but i still cant pick it up when i drop it :/

EDIT 2: i fixed that also :tongue: ignore this post :D

EDIT 3 : ok so i managed to edit the assault carbine and the battle rifle but i cant make the assault rifle from fallout 3 to work (i use ttw btw ) i make the edit in blender my edit works but the weapon looks like this https://imgur.com/GVXxXzV. what happened to the texture :/ this is my edited mesh http://s000.tinyupload.com/index.php?file_id=93832696759749296347
