Red Faction 2 Mech Armor?

I found a cool mod called the XRE drivable vertibird and thought, "You know what would be just as cool? Drivable mech armour." And when I thought mech armour I immediately thought of Red Faction 2. Dual miniguns, a missile launcher AND an incendiary grenade launcher O.O

 

If any talented mod maker is up for the challenge and would like to create this from scratch that would be spectacular

Lore friendly wise, you could say that it was a prototype of the american/chinese military being developed concurrently prior to the nuclear holocaust during the great war.

(and if you want the mech to be more convincing while driving it you could make it have impact noises, hydraulic noises and camera shakes when moving.)
