Zone mods crashes

Hi, i see that many people (me included) are having crashes with some "new zones" mods, so far i only got problems with "aethernautics", "skyrim school or witchcraft" and "vjarkell castle", i use others but they are working fine.

 

for most people (if not for everyone), these crashes occur when loading Skyrim (outside) areas or going from close locations to Skyrim (via door, etc)

 

I have Dawnguard, patch 1.68.

 

 

Just in case, my specs though im 99% sure its not related.
