I am trying to run a modded regular skyrim game, not special edition, on windows 7 through vortex. it doesnt give me the message that the skse isnt running properly now, but im having the same issue when i am starting a new game. it opens up, soundtrack starts, titles, and then im staring at the side of a cart, the other passengers are standing there staring at me, the guards on horses are running in place, dialogue is tracking as normal but we can't go anywhere. Hanaisse Posted July 5, 2019 Share Posted July 5, 2019 That's a common problem if you have any type of physics mods installed like HDTPE physics body, clothes, hair, etc. You could either;1) Uninstall anything physics related until you've completed the tutorial area, or2) Use Live Another Life Alternate Start to bypass the tutorial completely. wfandrews Posted July 6, 2019 Share Posted July 6, 2019 I would recommend completing the intro with no mods installed except USLEEP, assuming you have all DLC. Also make sure you have your fps capped at 60 otherwise the physics go bonkers. After emerging from the cave save your game. Then start adding mods to that saved game. If you mod your game before the intro there are a ton of things that can conflict with the intro sequences, as you have discovered. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
