survivingmars Method of preventing "Outside of dome" Morale/Comfort debuff

Currently no idea where to even begin in trying this but essentially it has been pissing me off that colonists whine every time they have to "Do their f***ing job" or anything of value outside of "their" dome

 

Btw I am not the only person annoyed by the near redundancy of smaller domes due to this penalty and lack of a commute system so...... any idea how I can fix this ?.

Tried opening some Hpks but no idea where the morale variable would be located ?
