This is bonkers. After starting a new game, totally disabling all plugins and doing what else I could to eliminate the source of this I'm curious as to what *could* be causing this. Something's been activated where it shouldn't, and it only happened after I installed a couple new mods that should be unrelated to this sort of thing.Should.
