terminal merchant and repair

So, basically you want a "terminal" to act as a "vendor"? Please see 'TIP Merchant Inventory' under the 'Custom NPCs', the 'TIP Text display timing' entry under the "Dialog and Lip-sync", the 'TIP Repairability' entry under the "Custom Items" sections of the wiki "Getting started creating mods using GECK" article. Suggest you look at how the "Sink Central Intelligence Unit" (Ref: xx00e6f7) is implemented in "Old World Blues" as well as the "Commissary terminal" (Ref: xx00a870) in "Lonesome Road". There is also the mod "Repair Terminal Goodsprings", though it doesn't charge for repairs.
