Can't sprint when playing with gamepad

So I decided to try and play Skyrim on my gamepad because I got a bit bored of using mouse and keyboard (especially because of the annoying mouse lag). I'm using Saitek P990 Dual Analog and x360ce to emulate the X360 gamepad. Everything is working perfectly except that my character won't sprint, it's binded to LB for X360 (button #5 on Saitek). My gamepad is working fine in other games and I can also sprint when using a mouse and keyboard with no problems. I also have a lot of mods installed, I not sure but I think none of them actually effect the control system...anyone knows what could be the problem?

Also, I know I could use xpadder or similar software but it's a lot easier to see X360 bindings in-game.

I also recently started having this problem. Did you find a fix yet? I am going to go through my mod list and see which mods we have in common, and then see if any of those were updated recently and could have caused the problem

are you using any sort of "control interface" fixes?

I went to Google to find the fix to this issue myself and stumbled upon this. After comparing the mods you both have with mine the only one we had in common was Sam Walk Run Speeds. I disabled it and the sprint worked perfectly.
