LE kicking enemies, jump attack, and spear animation

Is it very hard to mod the ability to kick enemy in combat? Also is it possible to add jump attack when hitting space and attack, the animation is already there when you do sprint and attack with one hander or two hander, if you have the right perk.

Also is there a mod that adds spear animation, I notice that left hand dual wield attack has thrusting animation.

I know all these has been implemented with oblivion in deadly reflex mod and spear mod.

There is a mod on the Steam Workshop called 'Skyrim Spears' that comes with a spear animation.
