Instant CTD whenever I get anywhere near Ustengrav

Fast-travelling to Ustengrav, or travelling near Ustengrav on foot gives me an instant CTD. It's as if I quit the game myself, there isn't any error, and Event Viewer seems to have nothing related to it at all. Furthermore, this seems like it'd be a problem with my savegame and not any mods, as Ustengrav doesn't give me any CTD's on another save. I'm in the "Liberation of Skyrim" quest and I need to go to the Stormcloak Camp near Ustengrav, if that makes a difference at all.

I'm also using Ely's Uncapper. All of these mods are enabled, and fully updated with the exception of Forgotten Mastery which is at v1.2.0, my version is 1.0.0, and Unlimited Enchantments for Unique Weapons, my version is at 1.2 while the mod itself is at 2.0.
