3rd person magic and weapon sounds to low to hear?

I installed a few mods without the manager, game ran fine, when i installed the manager and added mods i noticed in the game that when im in 1st person the magic i use and the weapons i swing make sounds. But when i zoom out to 3rd person i cant hear the magic and the weapon noise is so low i can barely hear it. I reinstalled skyrim to get rid of the mods i did previously without the manager, the game crashed if i ran it stock so i only added the mods back in i originally had which were most for quality of game not add on. Now the game will run but still have the sound issue? any ideas? This sucks cause i normally zoom out when im in battle and such so now i cant hear my weapon hitting or anything when i do.
