Game refuses to load at main menu/start new game

I just downloaded a bunch of mods but don't know load order well and think it might be that, I've looked around and can't find anything to help me so I'll post my load order here if anyone here can help me out with this problem the game wont load the menu if I run with admin perms but if I dont it just wont load at new game pressed
