Currently however, I am trying to make the marked forts held by guards instead of bandits. I am unsure how to do this without removing the enemies for fort assaults in the civil war quests. If anyone has any ideas I would be very thankful, as all I see is a whole lot of markers that I am unsure on the use of. If anyone could at the very least explain to me the use to all the markers (the large boxes) it would help me a great deal and speed up my developing process!
