Help with a Hair Edit and Conversion

I edited and converted a hair from Oblivion to Fallout and it's showing up in game like this.

However, in nifskope, it shows up like this.

If someone with the know how would be kind enough to look, I'd be most appreciative. Just to be certain, I converted the file before making my edits to see if it was something I did and the same thing happened. So, I'm not sure what's causing it. My initial screenshot is using ENB, but I checked it without ENB enabled and the same thing happens there as well. Any help would be appreciated.

 

If anyone has an appreciation for Budd Root's Cavewoman, that's what I'm going for here.
