Main Quest Bug

Hey all, so I have got a bit of a gamebreaker here. I am currently on the quest "Alduin's Bane" where you learn Dragonrend from the Elder Scroll.

 

After having gotten the scroll from Blackreach, I take it to the Throat of the World and read it in the time wound, and end up in the cut scene in the past with the ancient nords.

The scene plays out normally until Alduin arrives. After they hit him with Dragonrend, he just flies around in the air and nothing happens, like the nords just stand there looking up at the sky, until Dragonrend ends. After it runs out, he lands by them and the scene again goes on as normal where the woman dies and the old guy tries to banish Alduin with the scroll, however I run into another bug because the old guy does nothing at that point. He doesn't pull out the scroll or anything, so I am just stuck watching the other guy swing at him with his axe forever.

 

Now, my first idea was to try some console commands to advance the cutscene, however that gave me another bug as well. After I tried "setstage mq206 100", it ended the cutscene which was good, however after it ended I was back in the present with 2 Alduins, the regular one from the quest, and a second one that is unkillable (when his health bar runs out it just goes back to full). I tried focusing on the main one and was able to defeat him and he flew away, but the second one just stayed on the mountain and kept fighting Paarthurnax. I tried fast traveling away and back afterwards, and the second one was there still fighting.

 

I have searched multiple websites for answers and they all involve using the console, however as I said when I do that it fixes the quest getting stuck, but I just end up with the double Alduin problem.

 

I am on a modded playthrough, and the only mod I can imagine having an effect is the Paarthurnax Dillema, and I have tried the quest with it off and on to no avail.

 

Any help would be appreciated, as this does basically break my main game quest :/
