Dagi-Raht Khajiit race mod won't install.

Hello.

 

I am having a problem. I am unable to install the Dagi-Raht Khajiit race mod. Whenever I try to install it using the manager, it always gives me the error: "Failure. The mod was not activated."

 

Here are the plugins I have installed.

The mods I plan to install. Uninstalled all of them, hoping it would help. The mod I want to install is the highlighted one.

The parts that I wish to install are checked.

And every time I click finish, the first two images here pop up. I choose yes to all, and about half way through the loading, the error message pops up.

Can anyone tell me why this is happening?
