Actual mod updates for mod update dates

More often than not, when browsing last updated mods, I find neither the mod files nor mod description have actually been updated. Multiply that by dozens of such mods in 'last updated' list and it amounts to a massive waste of time and bandwidth.

My guess is that currently either/all comments, endorsements and picture uploads count towards 'update', which makes searching by that criteria a kind of a mess.

 

So that's my suggestion: make only updates to 'Files' and 'Description' sections change the date of last update.
