A bug about mod spell magnitude

Hi everyone, I have met a very strange bug when I am trying to edit perks in SSEEdit 4.0.2, when I use mod spell magnitude, the actual effect will get squared, say if you set multiply value and float=10 for a shout with some keywords, you will indeed got 10^2=100 times modification, if you set add value and float=100, you will get +100+100=200

This is rather strange, I am not sure whether it is SSEEdit's fault or a bug of CK, has anyone met this before?

 

I think I only find problems with NPCs, I give them perks and spells I made, along with the PerkSkillBoosts and AlchemySkillBoosts perk, is this problem caused by these two perks?
