Problem is, the website requires you to have a mainland Chinese phone number in order to verify your account so as to download the mod. http://bbs.3dmgame.com/thread-5827729-1-1.html Anyone that has a 3dmgame account (that's verified) willing to upload this over to nexusmods? I don't think it falls under plagiarism if you credit the author where required. I've seen other mods ported over from Chinese websites and I don't see why this one can't.
