(help) Fallout Parity [Mod List/Load Order]

Could people recommend mods (or better yet lists of mods) that provide/combine features/mechanics from other Fallout games.

Chems/Alcohol

Furniture/Technology/Resources

Power Armour/Robots/AI

-Fallout 3

-Fallout New Vegas

-Fallout 76

-Content that was Cut from these games due to technical/financial/time restraints but NOT for direct Lore specific reasons.

-Concept art that isn't directly contradicted by Canon Lore

-One Man and a crate full of Puppets

-All Roads

-Real Life pre-divergence. For arguments sake, June 16th, 1959. The invention of the resistor

 

I'm after things that it wouldn't make sense to have in one place/time and not another.

Not uniques or geographically determinate things.
