dezdimona
it says the files are 7z or 7zip files go here to get free program to unpack themhttp://www.7-zip.org/download.htmlThe easiest way to install the mod is to convert it to an omod, using OBMMhttp://timeslip.chorrol.com/obmm_download.html, there easy to make and does all the work for you. other wise follow the read me instructions. theres also a Faq here on the forums

thomasv333
i really need help. i downloaded the bravil sea domes mod but i dont know how to get it into the game. it says that the bravil sea dome file is a 7x file does that have anything to do with it? As it sounds like you are new to modding might I suggest checking out my "FCOM install and Tweak Guide" it is full of info for people new to modding, even if you don't wan't to run an FCOM convergence game. It has ALOT of information and can seem a bit overwhelming but there are sections on how to use Oblivion Mod Manager (OBMM) and other mod management utilitys that you may fined useful. Remember to ALWAYS backup your "...\Oblivion" directory and your "...\MyDocuments\MyGames\Oblivion" folder before adding any mods. Also I HIGHLY recommend adding ALL mods with OBMM in OMOD format (This is explained in the guide.) If you will just be adding a few mods I recommend you download and install Oblivion Script Extender (OBSE) and OBMM for starters. Also make sure you get the "Optimzation files" listed in the guide and the most recent "Unofficial Patches" as a starting foundation, the DL links are in the beginning of the DL section of the guide. (and I recommend "Quest Award Leveler") Good luck & happy modding. P.S. Feel free to PM me if you need help.
