floggingmolly22
(Before entering) did you wait 'til the time you were supposed to be there? Cause if you did, and no one was there..... You are screwed as far as I know. But if you didn't wait 'til the proper time, you're definately screwed (I did that on my 360......). But if you entered right time, and there were people there, then you just didn't grab up the key to leave.......Anyways...... Hope something in that helps. billypnats
actually dude, i have the same problem on PC, and i fixed it via the console... I guess your best bet would be to load another save...
GenghisKhanIT
I had a similar problem with my prev char, the girls were there, but after clicking every dialog and doing any possible stupid things, the quest would not progress. A friend of mine had exactly the same problem as me, so this means that the quest itself is bugged to the bone. The good news, if I recall correctly, is that he installed Shivering Isles and this unblocked him the quest. Someone pls comment on this.
pedantic
On one occassion, when I attacked the beautiful Ms. Faustina Cartia (0003AA89) I hit her so hard that she dissappeared through the floor. When I re-loaded she fell through the floor before she'd even wiggled her sexy little hips at me. This used to happen to me a lot in Morrowind. No no, not feisty harlots wiggling their hips at me and then rapidly dissappearing in a Z- direction, but NPC's falling through the graphics, period. I was most dissappointed to discover that it can still happen in Oblivion. I haven't got the faintest idea if this can happen with a games console. But one thing I do know, for me, the best thing about this game is making a new character and starting over. Happy Oblivion
gregcoll
This is off topic, but I don't want to start a new thread for this problem (unless I have to). I lost my arena attire by placing it in a chest that refreshed itself after a few days. I placed it in there, saved, left, went back after a short time and it was still there so I thought it was a good place. I went back after a fairly long time and it was gone. I have spent quite a long time leveling and doing other quests so I don't want to restart the game. I play the PC version, so if I can create another suit or something it would be excellent. Any help is appreciated as I would like to be able to fight in the arena some more.
pedantic
Go look in the chest where you got your original armour, there is more than one set of each. :whistling:
gregcoll
Thanks, I will try. I already looked in the Arena storage chest but this must have been the wrong one. I hope that the poster of this thread finds some peace but I have seen some other glitches in the console version that were insurmountable. He might, as a last attempt, contact Microsoft to see if there is a way to interface directly with the console during game play.
