Redo Face Mod?

After about 20 hours of playtime with my character, I've realised he is an ugly, goggle-eyed freak with an enormous overbite. So much so that I shudder everytime I open up the menu.

 

Are there any mods out there that let a person open up the character creation menu again in order to give a toon a little "cosmetic surgery"?

You don't need a mod, just open up the console, type "showracemenu", and make your changes, but don't close the console, and don't click "done". Instead, when you're done, hit escape for the menu and save your game. Then reload that game and play as normal.

 

If you click "done", your skills will be reset, but that won't happen if you save and reload without clicking "done"
