Scripting Syntax

I have come across a problem when adding script fragments to CK, after a while the quest order seems to change and when I look at the fragments within the quest I find that some of the syntax in the fragments have changed.

By this I mean the upper case letters have changed to lowercase, for instance if I had GetOwningQuest().SetStage(20) it has changed to getowningquest().setstage(20), I am not sure if this would cause the problem and indeed if this has any effect on the script fragments themselves. Has anyone else come across this and if so how did you remedy it.

 

I am just in the process of learning how to mod and would appreciate any help.
