LE A mod two make 2 handed interesting

Some one should make a perk in the 2 handed tree where players unlock what is basically heavenly strength in diablo 3's crusader class. basically after 2 handed is a certain level players can wield 2 handed weapons in one hand, but maybe find a way to limit it to just shields and not dual wielding or go full dark souls and let players dual wield with penalties 2 swing speed or something. I don't know just figured it would be neat to see cause all the mods I have found are like you just have it ad it only works with vanilla weps which is just sad
