discovered a god like exploit/glitch, need help improving it

Just so you know, im against cheating...for your first couple of playthroughs, so no giving me trouble on it, telling me to play the game right, because i did and received the full experience, and now i want to experience more power.

so, i used the restoration glitch and got the stats on three enchantments high enough that they become permanent when you take them off. what i want to know is why, im pretty sure it has something to do with negative stats but i want to know if i could somehow use this technique on a potion, such as fortify illusion. (i didnt discover the fortify restoration exploit, i discovered how to use it to get perma-effects, which are handy in transformations)

Detailed Description on how to make the effects permanent: i have five points invested in the first alchemy perk as well as the physician and benifactor perks. i used the fortify restoration glitch until i reached the point where i could make a fortify enchanting of 634739%, then i made 4 of those, and used them to make another set of alchemy gear (ill refer to each of these items as "Craft"), i put them on and made more enchanting potions with a magnitude of 142238816%(might be higher, the numbers on the screen only go so high). i made 3 fortify magicka enchantments (fortify magicka 1,816,133,632), put them on, took them off, and the effects were permanent (unless i made a stronger enchantment, so high that the enchantment reverts back a magnetude of 1%, put that on and it reverses the process). i found that the same process has identical results with health and stamina. for fortify carry weight, the recipe is different, instead, do two enchantmented fortify carry weight items with an enchanting potion of 142,238,816% (same as others) and one fortify carry weight enchanted item with an enchanting potion of 35559864% (made with only 1 'Craft'), use a lesser soul gem on it and the stats for it should be 1273856000 put them on, take off the first two and take off the lesser one last.

Why does this happen, why do three items work and not two, why do i have to use a lesser soul gem with a less powerful potion for fortify carry weight, why doesnt it work with other skills, and how can i get a similar effect with an alchemy potion (i.e. fortify illusion)?

how do negatives work?

this is for 360 by the way, i just joined this site and am not sure if its only for pc gamers, if it is, sorry and happy console wars

I wouldn't ever use a cheat like this to begin with but that's my personal choice and I have nothing against anyone who does. If it weren't for this line with the thinly veiled reference insinuating that everyone who plays on pc hates console users I might have responded to your questions. Too disgusted to bother now.

If I'm not mistaken this is a PC moodding site and it's against some sort of rule discussion exploits of any kind for the gaming console, maybe post your findings at a gaming console site instead

I seen a thread like this locked the other day

As sinnerman said, this is a PC community. We can't really help you fix console bugs or problems, and thread have been locked for this reason. So hopefully I can get this in before the lock!

Seeing as how you're playing with a glitch, any number of reasons could answer your question, but the best answer is that it's a glitch, and glitches generally don't work or follow the same rules that 'normal' game play follows.

Also, while we generally don't hate console users, we (or at least I) do get rather annoyed by console users coming here and asking for console fixes. We can't really help you, because the consoles don't let us use console commands, which are sometimes the only ways to fix certain bugs and problems. It's also insanely irritating to go out of our way to offer possible solution only to find out that the ones we spent our time researching and typing out for console users won't work because they are on console. I've also personally seemed to notice that console users seem to be a little less patient than PC users. (I'd like the state that this isn't a rule of thumb or a definitive law, just my experience.) PC users, again in my experience, seem to be a little older and insightful as well as understanding than the average console user I've run into. Again this is just my experience! Long story short, we don't hate you guys, we just can't always help you guys! Sorry and good luck!
