LE SkyProc Missing Java Files?

Hi, I'm trying to follow a tutorial on the officially Sky Proc Wiki page on how to use it. http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Tes5Mod:SkyProc/Getting_Started

 

I've downloaded both the SkyProc Dist 1.5 and 1.3 from http://code.google.com/p/skyproc/downloads/list

 

Problem is when I get to the point in the tutorial where it says

"In the SkyProc distribution, you will see a "Libraries" folder that contains:

skyproc - A library with all the functions that deal with Skyrim mods (the ones you'll be using)

levnifty - A custom library that offers many custom-tailored functions and objects. This is used by SkyProc, and therefore required.

levgui - A custom library of GUI components. This is also used by SkyProc and required."

 

But it only includes skyproc.java, javadoc file, readme file and SkyProcStarter File.

 

I can't continue with the tutorial because the next step is to open the SkyProcStarter Project but that complains because of the 2 missing java libraries.

 

As I said I've looked in both the first and latest beta download of the file and can't find them.

 

Could anyone shed some light as to why or if I'm doing something wrong please?
