Automatic Variant Armor mod?

Is there an 'Automatic Variant Armor' mod out there already? (I've looked but it all seems to be body/monster)

 

What I mean is, a mod that you drop other mods into it, and it will randomly pick certain mods to apply to armor/clothing on NPCs, that way everyone looks a little unique.

Nope. This is something that may be added to Automatic Variants at a later point, but it's a pretty difficult thing to accomplish.

I am doubtful that it could be built to work with whatever mods you dropped into it. That would be very hard to do.

 

A more viable approach would be to make a mod that would require a certain long list of required armor mods and that mod would randomly distribute all the content of those mods to NPCs, loot chests, and vendors in the game.
