well this is an ongoing problem

well i have tryed every thing just let me clear some things up ok i have

-rise of a samurai

-dragon temple

-obmm

-obse

-have the mod in my data file

 

let me clear another thing up the folders rise of a samura and the folder that holds dragon temple are CALLED data so i have take all the textures and meshes out of there folders and into the real data file now one thing im wondering is that do i override my real data file with the downloaded data file (rise of a samurai) because it says in the readme "Extract all files to Oblivion\" so any other thearys or if you have downloaded this mod and know what to do PLease help

 

oh almost forgot the problem yes when i load up the game the land marks are there but there just yellow ! mark
