LE Implementing "set loot limit" (like on Xbox) for Take All key

I recently switched to playing Skyrim on PC from Xbox so I could make and check out other people's mods.

 

The thing I miss most is the "set loot limit" Kinect command. This let you set a value-to-weight ratio when hitting loot all, so you could loot in one click only things over a certain value.

 

I know you can sort by value/weight ratio with SkyUI, which helps some, but I love the time saving aspect of "set loot limit." Two clicks to loot only what I want and close.

 

I do not want auto-loot, where items magically appear in my inventory when I pass dead bodies. I specifically want to modify the action of the Take All option.

 

 

If something like this already exists, I haven't found it. Maybe you have? Or, maybe you can teach me how to make it?
