Hunting Bows are not showing at all

I seem to have come across a very strange glitch, whereby the Hunting Bow does not show up as anything in the game. No inventory image, no in-game image, nothing. I even tried putting in a custom texture in case that was the problem, but there's nothing there.

 

Is this a known bug?

 

EDIT: It seems this bug is only localized to my character, not to NPCs. Thankfully I don't use Hunting Bows, preferring the Nightingale Crossbow, but it should still be mentioned.
