Custom (Or cross race) Skin Tints

Hey all!

 

I noticed a mod on Nexus recently that tweaked the color of the vanilla skin colors. I was wondering if anyone could point to a guide on how to do that? Or if it would be possible to use, for instance, Qunari skin tones on any of the other races.
