Help Needed With Textures Needed

I am using Substance Painter for the first time to make a retexture for Fallout New Vegas. It gave me stuff like metallic and roughness maps. I know how to get the base texture and the normal map in the game, but not anything else.

Any help to get the metallic, roughness, and height maps into the game would be appreciated.

I am not sure on Vegas format. I know Fallout 4's but that uses a psuedo PBR setup which was first introduced in that game. My guess is for Vegas it does not use any roughness and metallic maps but a single specular map where each channel in it determines its shininess similar to how Skyrim does it.

How would I make a specular map?
