Boot to the Head - Sound

Imagine this:

Every time you gain XP? A boot to the head.

 

Every headshot you get? A boot to the head.

 

Every time you level up? A new perk. And a boot to the head.

 

The sound clip "a boot to the head" would play every time you do a certain thing.

The clip could come from this video:

 

One of these (or all) needs to happen.

 

(I don't know anything about modding, so that's why I came here to request it.)
