Body mesh import of character

Hello!

 

can anyone explain how to import the femalebody_0.nif correctly with spreaded arms like in this tutorial?

when i import the body, the arms hang around somewhere on the hip. it's not really a advantageous condition to create a armor as i noticed.

is there a fitting animation/pose or i have to move the arm bones just manually higher (looks not so good)?
