Mod Request: Talk S*** get Hit

So after recently playing back through skyrim SE, I thought of a mod that seems to be sorely missing, which allows you to "handle" npcs that are arrogant, obnoxious, or otherwise doing really stupid and suicidal things without incurring bounties or the wrath of the surrounding townsfolk. Perhaps implementing this would be prohibitively script heavy, but this is essentially what I had in mind, which would be both lore friendly to the general setting of Skyrim and also satisfying:

- You may punch anyone who calls you a milkdrinker and proceed to a standard brawl instead of aggro'ing everyone nearby. Perhaps you have a 5 second window to punch them if they say it in passing, and a dialogue option that comes up if they say something to that effect in standard dialogue. Should not disrupt any vanilla quests where you are supposed to earn their respect anyhow before they stop mouthing off. If you ignore too many of these without confronting the people insulting you, other onlookers will eventually decide you are a wuss and also heckle you until you start standing up for yourself.

- You may punch Nazeem and other similarly narcissistic NPC's without issue. Maybe go to brawl or maybe (more realistically) they just simper off with their tail between their legs and avoid/don't talk near you again for a few days at least.
- You may get a dialogue entry to tell particularly loud NPC's to shut up, which may have a pursuade/intimidate/brawl option to shut them up for a short time.
- You may punch NPC's who are fully blocking doorways. They will get out of the way when punched and not brawl, bounty, or lose relationship.
- If a follower runs in front of you intentionally when you are attacking a mob in combat and gets hit with your sword/arrow/etc, they will apologize for being an idiot.
- If you bump into someone neutral while sprinting they may ask you to apologize. If you refuse or repeat multiple times they may get angry and pick a fight (brawl or regular fight depending on relationship/faction/frequency/response/etc).
- If any of the previous trigger a brawl and you lose, you will get harrassed incessantly by said NPC until you beat them in a fistfight under the same circumstances. If you lose multiple times to the same NPC, they may start shaking you down for gold/items/etc.
- You may also brawl npcs that are harrassing other npcs, and get a small reward, buff, or relationship increase for running them off (again, Nazeem for example).
- Bystanders cheer when you beat up bullies.
- If you drink more than 3ish ales/meads/wines/etc in a pub in under an hour, you might get mouthy and wind up in a fight. Optionally also maybe get approached by a bouncer or regular patron and thrown out.
- If you brawl anyone in a pub due to the previous circumstances and beat them, you can buy them a no hard feelings ale/mead and not lose relationship with them.
- If you brawl anyone particularly obnoxious in a pub and beat them, random patrons will buy you drinks afterwards.
- If you brawl anyone harassing a vendor and beat them, the vendor may give you a discount for a short time thereafter.
- Attempting to brawl a guard who insults you still always incurs bounty.
- Attempting to brawl anyone who is a general/thane/yarl/etc always incurs a bounty, and will also make the guards of that hold bully you for a week or two.
- Particularly snooty holds like Solitude should decide whether or not you are at fault based on how rich you are instead of whether you were justified (eg how much gold you have on you + whether you own property + whether you are a thane). If you are broke or unknown, they will just blame you anyhow and you will still get a bounty.
- Particularly corrupt holds like Riften will lead to guards shaking you down for "protection" or taking you to jail if you refuse to pay if you have a bad fight record overall in that hold.
- If you are a thane of a hold you can get away with mouthing off more often.
- If you have won numerous brawls in a hold, you are much less likely to get insulted, and intimidation checks get a bonus in that hold.
- If you have recently killed a dragon in a hold in front of onlookers, nobody will want to fight you at all for a while. You will get an automatic success on any dialogue options that otherwise would have lead to brawl conditions in that hold for the next 48 hours if any of the witnesses of the dragon death are present when they occur.
- If you sided with the stormcloaks, you will get in random brawls with imperials and vice versa when you encounter them in towns/inns. They may gang up on you, but will not kill you, instead if you lose you just wake up in the jail/temple to sleep it off. They will kill you if they see you out of town in the wild somewhere.
- Perhaps some menu options to adjust the general saltiness of non-essential NPC's around various holds for additional flavor.
- Perhaps also if you are in the thieves guild in good standing, you may bully vendors into paying additional protection money to the guild via intimidate/brawl options, and get a reward from Brynjolf for doing so.
- Some NPC's are sore losers, and will pull a dagger and escalate to a full on fight if they are badly losing (or repeatedly lose). Some also just like fighting dirty and will do so anyhow at some point in a normal brawl.
- Some mouthy/drunk NPC's may throw wine/mead bottles at you to provoke you, particularly if a bunch of their friends are nearby or you beat up one of their friends recently.
- Perhaps some mini-quests for flavor, like teaching Lars Battle-Born how to fight so he can eventually stand up to Braith, or similarly with some of the Dunmer getting harrassed in Windhelm.
- You can get kicked out of the mages college or bards college for brawling other students, and will have to redo the entry requirements or wait a period of time to petition for re-admission. You can get kicked out of the companions for refusing to brawl other companions or losing brawls in general too often if any of them are your follower, because that's just how it be up in there.
